Ingredients
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
16 corn tortillas (I like using yellow tortillas because I like the flavor but any kind works)
Olive oil (any other oil will also work)
12 california chilis
1/2 onion
1 large tomato or two small tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 tablet of abuelita chocolate
2 1/2 cups of water
1 teaspoon salt
