Simple Crepe Recipe


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (eliminate if you’re making savory crepes)

Sweet crepe

  • Nutella or Peanut Butter
  • Banana
  • Strawberries

Savory crepe

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon purple onion (white onion would work too)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon butter


  1. In a blender combine the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla and blend
  2. Add the flour and blend again until all incorporated. Scrape the side of the blender and blend once more. The batter is done!
  3. Preheat a pan
  4. Add oil spray, any oil, or butter to the pan and coat the entire bottom
  5. Add 1/3 cup of batter into a 9 inch pan (if you pan is bigger add more batter, or if it is smaller add less)
  6. Let cook until all of the batter has dried and the edges start coming up
  7. Flip to the other side
  8. Once both sides are cooked remove from the flame and prepare your crepes


  1. Add Nutella/peanut butter, sliced bananas and strawberries onto half of the crepe
  2. Fold into quarters (half, then half again), or into a burrito
  3. Enjoy


  1. In a small bowl add 2 eggs, salt and pepper and whisk together
  2. shred your cheddar cheese (shred as much cheese as you would like)
  3. Preheat a small saucepan
  4. Add the butter and purple onion and cook for 1 minute
  5. Pour in the egg mixture into the pan and cook until you reach a desired consistency
  6. Add the parsley and green onions and mix until fully combined
  7. Turn off the heat
  8. Add eggs and top with cheddar cheese onto the crepe and fold into quarters (half, then half again) or into a burrito
  9. Optional: you can add sauce to the eggs (sriracha, ketchup etc)
  10.  Enjoy!
