2 tablespoons olive oil (any other oil works too)

1/2 tablespoon salt

1/4 onion

2 garlic cloves

2 bay leaves

8 medium (or 1lb) green tomatillos

1 medium tomato

10 chile de arbol

2 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt
