4 pasillo chiles
3 potatoes (I use white potatoes but you can use any kind)
4 tomatoes
2 jalapeños chiles
1 cup chopped onions
10 oz queso fresco
2 tablespoons olive oil (you can use any oil you like)
2 tablespoons salt
water (1 cup for the recipe and 4 cups to boil the potatoes)
