Hibiscus
- 1 cup jamaica (hibiscus)
- 2 liters (8 cups) water
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- Put 1 liter (4 cups) of water in a pot on medium heat to boil
- Add 1 cup of sugar and cook until all the sugar dissolves
- Add the hibiscus and cook for 3 minutes
- Take off heat and let cool
- Strain the mixture to remove the flowers
- Add another liter of water and ice if desired
- Enjoy!
Watermelon
- 1 liter (4 cups) of chopped watermelon
- 7 oz (1/2 can) condensed milk
- 1 liter water
- Chop the watermelon into small 1 inch squares
- Blend together the watermelon, condensed milk, and water into a blender
- If you have a small blender blend in batches
- Add ice if desired or refrigerate until cold
- Enjoy!
