SPICY Green Salsa


  • 6 jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. peel and chop the onion into 2 inch pieces
  2. cut the stem off the peppers and cut into 3 pieces
  3. in a large pan add the oil and preheat for 1-2 minutes on medium heat
  4. add the peppers, onion, garlic, and cook for 6-7 minutes. let cool completely before blending
  5. chop the bunch of garlic into smaller pieces (to make it easier to blend)
  6. add to the cilantro to the blender
  7. add the cooked ingredients, salt, and water in the blender
  8. blend starting on low speed until well combined
  9. put on low speed and slowly add in the oil until fully combined
  10. your salsa is ready
