Ingredients:
2 cups of beans corn tortillas (makes about 18)
oil (I’m using canola oil) salt (3/4 of a tablespoon for the chicken
1/2 tablespoon of salt for the beans) water (8 cups for the beans
6 cups for the chicken)
2 lbs of chicken breasts
8 garlic cloves
2 stalks of celery
4 jalapeno chilis a bunch of cilantro cheese (I’m using queso fresco)
