Chorizo with Potatoes Recipe



2-2.5 lbs of potatoes (or 5 medium potatoes)

1 quarter of an onion 1 lb of chorizo

1/2 tablespoon of salt 6 tortillas (i’m using corn tortillas for my burritos)

3 tablespoons of oil (I’m using corn oil)

3 liters of water (12 cups of water)
