Recipe:
Ingredients:
8 chiles california
4 chiles pasilla ancho
1/2 onion
5 garlics
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp all spice
2 tsp oregano
4 lbs chicken legs
water to fill the pot (1 cup of water is used for blending the chiles)

2 pots (make sure one of them has a lid)
