Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef loin (aka carne ranchera)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime
- 4 burrito flour tortillas
- Toppings: rice, beans, pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese
Steps
- Create the marinade for the meat by combining the oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic cloves, and lime.
- Soak the meat in the marinade for at least 30 minutes
- In the meantime prepare toppings
- Heat up the tortillas in a large pan
- To assemble the burrito spread beans on the tortilla, add the meat, pico de gallo, rice, guacamole, salsa, and cheese
- Fold the burrito and heat the burrito in the pan once more to melt the cheese
- Enjoy!
This recipe makes 4 burritos when using the burrito tortillas and approx 8 regular sized flour tortillas
