6 cups of water
For the Salad:
1 cup of grape tomatoes
1/2 cup of green onion
2/3 cup cilantro
1 1/2 cup corn (or 2 medium corns)
olive oil (1 tablespoon for the corn and 1/2 cup for the dressing)
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 limes
Optional:
avocado
1 jalapeno chile
canned corn instead of fresh corn (1 can)
